Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Personalized, custom-made, or perishable items (such as flowers, bouquets, or food-based gifts) are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with photos of the item within 48 hours of receiving it.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted within 24 hours of delivery, as your order will already be in preparation.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
